These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Pranjal Service Centre, located in Mumbai. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Service Scope

We provide repair, maintenance, and related services for various brands and models of televisions. Our services may include inspection, part replacement, and general troubleshooting.


2. Booking & Diagnosis

  • Service appointments can be booked via call, WhatsApp, or at our service center.
  • Diagnostic charges may apply and are non-refundable.
  • An estimate will be provided after diagnosis; repair will proceed only after customer approval.

3. Service Warranty

  • Repairs may carry a warranty of [15-90 days] depending on the type of service and parts replaced.
  • Warranty covers only the repaired/replaced component and not the entire device.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering voids the warranty.

4. Parts & Replacements

  • We use original or high-quality compatible spare parts.
  • Availability of parts depends on the make/model and may affect repair timelines.
  • All replaced parts are non-returnable and become property of Pranjal Service Center.

5. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods.
  • No refunds will be issued once the repair is completed and accepted.

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and drop service may be available in certain areas of Mumbai at an extra charge.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate device information and service needs.
  • Backup of personal data (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for any data loss during repair.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects in the device.
  • Loss of data or accessories not declared during drop-off.
  • Delay due to part unavailability or third-party vendor issues.

9. Changes to Terms

Pranjal Service Center reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at the service center or on our official website.
