Since we provide repair services, not physical products, refunds are applicable only in certain cases:

Eligible for Refund Policy:

  • If the issue persists after the repair and our technician is unable to resolve it after a second visit.
  • If we are unable to provide the service due to technical limitations or part unavailability.
  • If a payment was made in error or for services not rendered.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If the issue is resolved and the service was completed successfully.
  • If the device fails again due to a new or unrelated issue.
  • If the customer declines necessary repairs and still requests a refund.

2. Parts Replacement

  • Charges for spare parts are non-refundable once installed and used.
  • In case of a defective part, we offer a replacement under warranty, not a refund.
